Every bar in this box is dark, and no two taste alike. That's the point of it. One opens with berries and cream, another with citrus and honey, a third adds the crunch of cacao nibs, and the last brings the warmth of rye whiskey. Put them side by side and the differences stop being an abstraction.

How to taste it
Start with the two plain bars, then the nibs, and keep the whiskey bar for last. Break a piece rather than biting it, let it melt, and leave a gap between bars. Most of what you're tasting arrives in the finish, after the chocolate has gone.
The wrap
Furoshiki is the Japanese tradition of wrapping gifts in cloth. It's meant to be untied and kept, as a scarf, a napkin, or the next gift's wrapping.
Ingredients and dietary
All four bars are vegan and dairy-free by recipe. The Goodnow Farms bar contains rye whiskey, so this box isn't suitable for anyone avoiding alcohol. That bar may also contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.
Storage: keep below 18 °C, away from light and strong odours.

Ships Monday to Thursday from Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. Orders placed before 2 p.m. Atlantic Time on a shipping day usually dispatch the same day.
