Hello Chocolate is a Canadian craft chocolate shop based in Saint John, New Brunswick. For a decade we have worked from a simple idea: find the best chocolate being made anywhere, and put it within reach. We taste widely, and we carry only bars from small craft makers who control their chocolate from bean to bar, from Canada and around the world. We ship across Canada and to more than fifty countries.

The chocolates on this page are the ones our customers choose most, as gifts and for themselves. Many have been recognised by the International Chocolate Awards, among them Cacaosuyo's El Ganso, named the world's best dark chocolate of 2025.
